On 26th November, easyJet became the world’s first major airline to operate net-zero carbon flights.
By offsetting the carbon emissions from the fuel used for flights across their whole network - offsetting takes place through schemes accredited by the two of highest verification standards (Gold Standard and VCS).
EasyJet launch new Route
EasyJet will launch a new route between Birmingham and Edinburgh next year.
This route will be launching 29th March 2020 - seats are due to go on sale in the coming weeks
The domestic city connection is set to operate 13 times a week throughout the year.
