Stuba asks agents to nominate ‘real superheroes’ to win one of 20 hotel stays

Bedbank Stuba has teamed up with Travel Weekly to offer agents the chance to nominate a frontline heath worker to win one of 20 hotel stays.

As a thank you for their work during the Coronavirus crisis, chief operating officer for the accommodation wholesaler, Matt Stuart, said: “We know that not all superheroes wear capes, and never has this been truer than in recent weeks, with our frontline health care workers putting their lives on the line for the wider public. Covid-19 has devastated our industry along with many others, and many people’s lives.

“At Stuba, we want to offer our sincere gratitude and offer the real superheroes of our time, a FREE hotel stay up to a value of £300 either in the UK or overseas, to be taken by December 31, 2021.”

But rather than select the worthy frontline health care workers itself, B2B brand Stuba wants its agent partners to nominate their ‘Real Superhero’, by explaining, in no more than 250 words, why theirs should be one of the 20 lucky winners.

“Perhaps you have heard about their heroic endeavours, or perhaps you know them personally…it doesn’t matter. The only thing we ask is that you are not directly related to the nominee. We want you to find your real superheroes from your local community so that we can give them something to look forward to when this all passes and to say thank you!” said Stuart.

Stuart said Stuba would also assist those agents whose nominated health care workers are selected as winners, to promote their efforts in the local community.

“We will help them to communicate how they have managed to win a free hotel stay for a brave, hard-working healthcare worker in their local area, to give their travel agency some good PR from this as well,” he said.
